I bought the medium sauce (8") pan a little over a year ago, and it started peeling on the edges. I remember reading a couple reviews about it, but since most of them were positive (4-5) stars I decided to ignore the rest. I was very disappointed to say the least. I'd say withhin a few months it had some scratches, even though I was very careful in how I used it.Then when I was trying to clean out the pan, the edges started to peel off. If I didn't notice it I could have ended up with some of the peelings in my food. Very dangerous to intake some metal not knowing what exactly it is... I'm going to ship it back, probably with the other items I ordered (11" pan & 8" pan)
