White sugar and white flour can cause a tremendous amount of inflammation.  Stick to natural alternatives such as nuts and fruit for that sweet kick that you may crave. Key Limes not only pack a huge vitamin C punch, but they contain high levels of antioxidants and antibiotic effects. This key lime pie is the perfect ending to a great healthy meal.  Be sure not to tell your friends or kids how healthy it is, so they continue to love it as much as we do.
