Thick, cast aluminum construction cooks the egg layers quickly and evenly, and the unique diamond-reinforced coating ensures truly nonstick performance. Unlike other tamago pans, the innovative Swiss Diamond model will never warp. The handle is ergonomically shaped for comfort and balance, and is made of thermoplastic resin which stays cooler while cooking on the stove.
