Difficulty: Easy

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 Tbsp softened unsalted butter
  • 10 thin slices granny smith apples
  • 1 handful arugula
  • Honey to taste
  • 2 ox aged white cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice prosciutto
 Print Recipe

  1. Heat Swiss Diamond grill pan on medium high heat, approx. 350°F.
  2. Generously butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Flip one slice over so the butter side is facing down. Top with the white cheddar, sliced apple, prosciutto, honey, arugula, and the remaining slices of bread (butter side up).
  4. Place the prepared sandwich on the grill pan. Toast the sandwich until both sides are a nice golden brown and the cheese has melted within. Toast the sandwiches for about 5 minutes on each side, then transfer them to a parchment-lined baking sheet, and finish baking in a preheated 350°F oven for another 5 minutes; this allows the cheese to melt in the center of the sandwich.
