Swiss Diamond Shipping
Orders placed before 2pm EST Mon - Friday will ship from our North Carolina warehouse that same day. Orders placed after 2pm (EST) or on the weekend will ship the next business day. Please be advised that UPS does not ship on many national holidays, and we urge you to check your shipping times before placing an important order near or around a holiday.

We ship to any location in the United States and its territories. We do not ship internationally (including Canada and APO/FPO addresses) at this time. Shipping is calculated based on item weight and distance from our warehouse. Rates are determined by UPS.

No Free Shipping available to AK & HI. Please call us if you need any help.

Free Returns from Swiss Diamond Policy

Want to hold a piece of Swiss Diamond before you replace your whole kitchen? We get it!

Items may be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Just keep your packing slip from your order. If you need to return the item for any reason, simply email our customer service team at customerservice@swissgourmetusa.com and we will email you a UPS call tag and a return slip. Once you receive the call tag, repack the item including the return sheet. Swiss Diamond pays return shipping fees when you use our UPS call tag. You pay nothing. To receive FREE Return Shipping, you MUST use the prepaired UPS Call tag that we send to your email, and bring your package to an authorized UPS location. You can find Authorized UPS Locations at ups.com/locations.

If you no longer have your pack slip, please contact customer service for return instructions. If you prefer not to use the Free UPS Return Service, please enclose the following information with your return merchandise to allow us to process your return quickly and accurately:

Your full name and address
Your order number
Reason for return
Desired action (replace item, exchange or refund)
Ship your return merchandise, pre-paid and insured for your protection, to:

Please Note: 1 If your order did not qualify for free shipping, the original shipping charges are not included in refund, if your order qualified for free shipping the entire purchase price will be refunded.  2 Refunds and returns are not accepted if cookware has been used. 2 Swiss Diamond replacement parts (knobs, handles, mixer parts, etc...) are not available for free retrurn shipment. We will still accept the return for a full refund, however the cost of returning the item will be on the returner.


Swiss Diamond Warranty Policy

Each piece of Swiss Diamond cookware is covered with a Limited Lifetime Warranty to protect the consumer against manufacturing defects. If your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us for instructions on submitting a warranty claim. The warranty expressly does not cover normal wear and tear, use, or misuse. See Our Use And Care Instructions.

If your pan is starting to show a black carbon build-up that does not come off with normal washing, or has begun to lose its nonstick release properties, please see the Use & Care Instructions for more information.

 

When will my order arrive?

 

To calcute exact shipping times from our warehouse to your location, use the UPS website's Calculate Time and Cost tool. Our warehouse is located in CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA 28273.

Any free expedited shipping (3 day, 2 day or next day) may be shipped ground if our shipping department decides that ground shipping will be just as fast and the shipping address is within distance for the same number of days or less. If you pay for expedited shipping the shipping method selected will be used.
