Its large size accommodates various dishes, and the diamond-reinforced coating ensures easy cleanup. The 100% recycled cast aluminum body provides uniform heat distribution, and the heat-tempered glass lid with an adjustable steam vent adds versatility. The 11.8", 12.5", and 14" sizes come with a tempura rack for steaming or frying vegetables. But the 11" size doesn't include the rack.

Which is a mix of Oats, quinoa, cereal seeds, etc...I love how quickly the heat is evenly distributed across the saucepan and cooks my brekkie evenly & quickly. Most people would use a microwave but I don't have one.
